Refund policy
Refund Policy
Cancer Council Queensland understands that circumstances can change. The following conditions apply to Daffodil Day pre-orders placed through this store.
Order Cancellations (Before Pickup)
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds may be considered at Cancer Council Queensland’s discretion where cancellation is requested before your selected pickup date and time, having regard to campaign logistics, perishability of goods, and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the nominated pickup window.
After Pickup Window
Once the nominated pickup window has passed, refunds cannot be provided.
Orders that are not collected during the allocated pickup window are considered forfeited due to the perishable nature of flowers and campaign logistics.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for change of mind after the pickup window has passed.
Perishable Products (Flowers)
Daffodils are a fresh product and may vary in appearance, size and lifespan.
Refunds will not be provided for variations typical of fresh flowers.
We recommend collecting your order as close as possible to when the flowers will be used or distributed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or exchange where products:
-
are faulty
-
have been incorrectly supplied
-
are significantly different from their description
-
do not perform as expected under Australian Consumer Law
Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Supporting Daffodil Day
Every purchase helps fund Cancer Council Queensland’s life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and support services for people affected by cancer.
